English to Employment for Syrian Tech Talent

Hanan Empowerment is a Hanan Foundation initiative that helps Syrian tech talent turn learning into livelihoods.

We provide free, certified online English training designed for software, AI, data, web, and cybersecurity roles—and we match graduates with fair, remote-friendly employers inside and outside Syria.

Rooted in Hanan Foundation’s mission to empower youth through education and mentorship, we extend that promise from the classroom to the workplace—one career at a time.

What we do:

• English, for tech work: CEFR-aligned courses focused on stand-ups, client calls, specs, tickets, and demos.
• Career matching: Candidate portfolios + employer partnerships, with interview prep and 90-day follow-along.
• Dignity & fairness: Clear conduct, data privacy, and non-discrimination standards for all partners.
